Hi, I’m Wendy, and I specialize in strategic whole-home transformations.

After moving from Seattle to New York City to Paris, I started transforming homes in 2013 and created this guide in the process. These experiences led me to leave a 20-year marketing career to Parsons School of Design courses and now to help homeowners like you create your best home. This planner contains the exact system that I now use with my clients.

  • There are two parts of the Planner - a PDF and a Google Sheet. For the PDF, you need a PDF reader such as Preview or Adobe Acrobat Reader. You can also print the PDF if you’d like.

    For the Google Sheet, you need internet access, a Google account and the ability to enter information into the worksheet.
